Martina's Bus Stop White Chili

Introduction

Chicken Chili Chicken Chili
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts
    2-14-1/2 oz cans of chicken broth
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2-4-1/2 oz diced or chopped green chili's
    3 T jalepeno juice
    1 tsp salt
    3T Vegetable oil
    1-1/2 tsp white pepper
    2-15oz cans great northern beans
    1-10-1/2oz gream of chix soup
    2T minced fresh cilantro

Directions

Put Chicken in a glass baking dish, pour in 1 can of chicken broth , cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for an hour. Remove chicken and reserve broth. Cut chicken into small pieces and season with white pepper and garlic powder. Saute chicken in oil in stockpot for 2-3 min. Add reserved broth, and remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 min. Serving options: Cut 6-8 flour tortillas into strips and place in serving bowls, laddle chili over top and garnish with sour cream and mozzarella cheese. (this will bring your calorie count up.) We just eat the soup plain because it's so good and filling on it's own. Makes 8 servings.
