Danielle's Simple Turkey Stew

Submitted by: DANIROME

Introduction

Great for leftover turkey. I add the turkey carcus (fat & skin removed) to a pot with enough water to cover it and cook for a few hours on low, the meat falls off, I strain out the bones and have my broth. This is very filling and is great with a side salad. Sometimes I add chopped sweet potatoes or brown rice. Great for leftover turkey.
