Ingredients

    3 scoops of Whey Protein
    1/2 cup of Plain Frozen Yogurt
    3 oz package of Frozen Strawberries
    1/4 cup of Frozen Blueberries
    12 oz of water (optional for more liquidy consistency)

Directions

Mix water and whey protein until smooth. Then add remaining ingredients in to blender.
