Introduction

Ingredients

    6 Tbsps. Light Stick Butter
    1 tsp. Cayenne Powder
    Juice of 2 Limes
    Zest of 1 Lime
    1 tsp. Salt

Directions

Yield: 6 servings

Melt butter with cayenne. Add juice of 2 limes, zest of 1 lime, and salt. Brush across corn on the cob or drizzle on steamed fresh broccoli.
