3 ounces cooked chicken breast with no skin, shredded
1 small potato, peeled and thinly sliced
1 large carrot, peeled and thinly sliced into coins
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup healthy request cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
Garlic Salt to taste
pepper to taste
Heat cooked chicken, soup and water in a small pan till warmed through.
Pour over potato/carrot/onion mixture. Cover and bake for about 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender when poked with a fork.
