Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 medium apple, cored & chopped
    1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

preheat oven to 350; Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish with a cover. Bake in conventional oven for 45 minutes or in a microwave oven for 10 minutes; serve hot.
