Banana Bars

Introduction

My friend gave me this quick and easy recipe and I love it! My friend gave me this quick and easy recipe and I love it!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Margarine, softened
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 cup Honey
    2 Eggs
    3/4 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
    2 Banana's mashed
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cups Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Mix margarine, sugar and honey. Add eggs, sour cream, bananas and vanilla and mix. Stir in salt, soda and flour.
Pour onto a medium sized cookie sheet (with a lip).
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Top w/ powdered sugar or powdered sugar frosting.
Cut into 16 bars.
