Baked Chicken & Dressing

Introduction

Yummy baked chicken with just the right flavor. You could use healthier ingredients to lower the calories and fat, but I did not. Yummy baked chicken with just the right flavor. You could use healthier ingredients to lower the calories and fat, but I did not.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts (or enough to fill a shallow baking pan)
    2-6 slices of mozarella or Swiss
    1/3 cup of water
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    2 cups seasoned croutons
    1/2 cup margarine, melted

Directions

Place chicken in a baking dish. Put 1/2 slice of cheese on top of each (I used whole slices). Mix soup and water and pour over top of chicken. Mix melted margarine with croutons and spread all over. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours, uncovered, at 325 degrees F. Serves 4-6.
