I hate when I lose recipes,. This is fast, easy, & tastes okay. It won't win awards, but I'm not trying. I hate when I lose recipes,. This is fast, easy, & tastes okay. It won't win awards, but I'm not trying.

Ingredients

    14.5 oz can tomatoes, any style
    3 T molasses
    1 T onion powder
    2 T apple cider vinegar

Directions

Layer cut fresh carrots in bottom of slow cooker-optional.
Place beef, pork, or chicken in the slow cooker.
Pour all ingredients over meat.
Low for 8-10 hours (recommended)
High for 6-8 hours
