Introduction

My version of fried chicken to keep the weight down and coming off.
filling but not to the point of stuffed. Serve with side salad,and favorite vegetable
My version of fried chicken to keep the weight down and coming off.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    pre heat oven 375 degrees

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    0ne baking pan,I use a small oblong pan easire to check the chicken during cooking

Directions

wash and cut the chicken , place on plate.
take baking pan and use 1/4 of the table spoon of the olive oil and place in pand and spead with paper towel.
put the other 3/4 of oil over chicken and coat well.
spring the 1/2 cup of bread crums evenly over both chicken breasts.
place in 375 pre heated oven for approx 20 minutes. varies with each oven
then plate and serve and enjoy
