Chicken SST

Simple, speedy and tasty! Simple, speedy and tasty!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp dried tarragon
    1 tsp butter
    2 tsp olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse chicken breasts; pat dry with paper towel. Put 1 tsp of tarragon into the palm of your hand. A pinch at a time, rub the tarragon between your thumb and forefinger until fine. Sprinkle over chicken breasts. Follow with seasoned salt of your choice, or salt and pepper to taste.

In a skillet melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Place seasoned chicken in pan and cook until browned, about 6 minutes; turn. Cook about 4 minutes more, or until chicken is cooked through.

Quick and elegant enough for company!
