Pancakes!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup milk, 1%
    2 tbsp oil

Directions

* Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
* Add egg, milk, and oil. Mix thoroughly.
* Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto a hot non-stick frying pan. (Because of the oil in the pancakes, you don't need cooking spray.)
* Allow pancake to sit until bubbles form on the surface. Lightly peel up the edges with a spatula, check to see if pancake is lightly browned. Once it is browned, flip over to cook on the other side.

Makes 8 pancakes (4 servings).
