This is a great transitional recipe! I got it from berneasebrown@youtube. I omitted the nuts (I forgot 'em) and added some A1. This is more of a mushroom pate..but it is groovy!I did NOT include the dehydration time as you can also chill this one. This is a great transitional recipe! I got it from berneasebrown@youtube. Ingredients

0.5 C sun dried tomatoes
3 mushrooms potabello
8 C parsley
1 garlic clove
0.5 C onion
0.5 red bell pepper (strips)
0.5 C carrots (shredded)
2 T A1
cumin to taste
salt to taste
italian seasoning to taste
Directions
Process everything in a food processer until desired consistency. This can be a rather moist pate, so adjust your ingredients accordingly.
You can chill overnight or dehydrate for 9 hours.
