    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large
    Beef stock,5 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 can
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Green Beans , 1 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves


Directions

place all ingredients in large pot add water to cover simmer tell veggies are soft add salt and pepper to taste can also add cunks of cooked beef but will add to calories
