Ingredients

20 Tomatillos Peeled and toasted
4 garlic cloves
3 Jalepeno peppers or to taste
salt to taste
water
2 cups lean Pork cut into cubes
Directions
spray pan with pam
cook the pork
season with salt
peel wash and toast tomatillos on a cast iron frying pan
toast jalapeno peppers (no need to peel)
put in blender with garlic and a little water and salt
blend until smooth.
add to the pork and simmer until pork is tender
you can eat with a side of refried beans or with whole wheat tortillas
makes a good burrito filling
