    1 Large red pepper
    1small onion
    100g celery
    200g carrots
    600g white cabbage
    2tsp vegtable stock
    1/2l water


Makes 6 servings
Chop all vegtables and place in saucepan.
Add vegatble stock to boiling water and mix with vegtables.
Cook on low heat until all vegtables are soft.
Add salt and pepper
