Joan's Sausage Casserole

Introduction

As I am English I have tried to use ingredients available on both sides of the Atlantic. As I am English I have tried to use ingredients available on both sides of the Atlantic.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    500 gms Beef Sausages
    1 Large Onion, (chopped finely)
    250 gms Musrooms (chopped finely)
    1 400gm Can Chopped Tomatoes
    1 400 gm Can Baked Beans
    1 tessp. Dried Oregano
    1 teasp. Dried Basil
    2 teasp. Garlic Powder

Directions

Put Sausages in a large frying pan and brown. Remove from the pan and put into a large casserile dish. Add the onions and mushrooms to the pan and cook until soft. Add to the sausges. Add all the other ingredients to the casserole dish, cover and cook at 375 degrees for 45 mins. Serve with mashed potatoes. Serves 4
