Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    3 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp salt/or salt substitute
    1 1/2 Tbsp Water
    1 1/4 cups 1% Milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Mix dry. Add wet. Mix. Cook on griddle or frying pan, sprayed with Pam (or other cooking spray)
