1 roll Jimmy Dean light sausage 1 small onion, chopped 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 1 C skim milk 2 C macaroni noodles 10 Reduced fat american cheese slices
Crumble sausage in pan and brown along with onion. Cook noodles and drain. Once sausage and onions are cooked, add milk and soup and heat mixture until warm. Pour noodles into a casserole dish (7x11) and place 5 slices of cheese on top. Pour sausage mixture over noodles and cheese and place the other slices of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
