Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

100 gr lean Pork, cut of the fat
    50 gr rice, uncooked
    1 tablespoon dehydrated Onion flakes
    1 teaspoon dried Thyme
    1 tablespoon dried Oregano
1 dash black Pepper to taste
1 dash Garlic powder to taste
    1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon fat free Sour Cream

Directions

Boil the rice for 20 minutes in plenty of water.
In the meantime cut pork in stripes, ca 5 cm and fry with just a little bit of spray oil.
Mix the Onion flakes, Thyme, Oregano, black Pepper, Garlic powder and Salt before you add it to the meat.
When the meat is brown add the spice and a little bit of water (just so the bottom of the pan is covered). Let cook for around one minute.
The rice should be finished now. Drain it and mix it in with the meat. Add the Sour Cream and serve.
Makes 1 plate (1 serving).
