Beat cream cheese in large bowl until creamy. Gradually add in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip, wafers, and berries. Swirl in topping. Prepare 12 cup muffin tin with liners. Pour mix into liners. Freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy!
