Introduction

Really easy to make for when your in a hurry. or your can prepare it for pinics or camping trips. Really easy to make for when your in a hurry. or your can prepare it for pinics or camping trips.

Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef
    1 onion
    1 cup mushrooms
    1 can of black beans
    1 can tomatoesauce
    1 lg can stewed tomatoes
    1 cup of frozen corn

Directions

Frist brown onions and mushrooms set aside and brown meat. then add all ingredients to corkpot and stir. set on high and cook for 1hr. Will serve 8 people.
