Introduction

I use these vegetables as a sweet snack. Even the whole bag is only a few calories! I often want sweet foods and this satisfies me.Of course it is appropriate as a side dish, too. I use these vegetables as a sweet snack. Even the whole bag is only a few calories! I often want sweet foods and this satisfies me.Of course it is appropriate as a side dish, too.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Cook as directed a whole bag of frozen mixed cauliflower, carrots, and brocolli. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Brummel and Brummel and 4 tablespoons of reduced sugar maple syrup.

Directions

Makes about 4 servings at 1 cup each serving.
A one cup serving has about 2 tsp. of Brummel and Brown spread and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
