Raw Food Flax Crackers

Introduction

I got this recipe from karenknowler on youtube. These are a great staple to have on hand!

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 c. flax seed
    1 c. tomatoes
    1/2 bell pepper, sliced
    1/4 c. sun dried tomatoes (soaked)
    Salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 juice of lemon

Directions

In the food processor, process ingredients. Put flax seed in first.
Scrape down sides. Process again.

Lay out on parchement the mix. Spread thin and neaten up. Cut mix.

Dehydrate for 6 hours. Flip and dehydrate for another 6 hours.
