Introduction

this is an easy chicken Parmesan dish. You can add Parmesan cheese if you desire. when I made this dish, I did not have any available. this is an easy chicken Parmesan dish. You can add Parmesan cheese if you desire. when I made this dish, I did not have any available.

Ingredients

    .50 cup Progresso bread crumbs-Italian style
    1 tsp of sea salt
    1 tsp of black pepper
    1 package of Purdue Chicken breasts
    2 tablespoons of butter, melted


Directions

this serves 4 people, 1 piece of chicken each

combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter, then in bread crumbs, being sure to coat each piece heavily.
Place chicken in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees about 30-35 minutes. Do not turn the chicken.

You can serve this with a savory rice dish or pasta.
