Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
    Thin sliced Celery,3 stalks
    Sliced Waterchestnuts 0.5 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    Cashew Nuts, oil roasted (salt added), 2 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Sherry, dry, 1 tbsp)
    Corn Starch, 1 tbsp
    Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp.

Directions

Add soy sauce, sherry and corn starch to precooked chicken cut into small pieces, allow to sit

Saute celery, mushrooms and fresh pepper in olive oil

Add meat mixture to pan and add hoisin sauce

Add cashews at last moment and serve
