1-3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1-3/4 cup Quaker instant oats
3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup Truvia Natural Sweetener (18 packets)
1/3 cup All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! spread
1 tsp vanilla extract (real, not artificial!)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Nestle miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except flour, oats, and chocolate chips.
Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Add oats and chocolate chips, mix thoroughly.
Make heaping tablespoons of dough onto aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden around edges. Let cool, and enjoy!
It yielded 44 cookies for me, which is what I used for the nutrition information.
