combine butter, onion garlic, old bay, and Cajun seasoning in large pot and saute till liquefied. add soup with milk. Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes covered...in a separate bowl combine heavy cream and starch and mix thoroughly...then combine to larger pot with soup mixture...turn up heat and stir constantly until begins to boil...IMMEDIATELY reduce heat to a simmer and add your seafood with natural juices. simmer another 10 minutes stirring frequently
