Tropical Tuna Salad Supper

Ingredients

    1tbsp orange marmalade
    1tbsp soy or tamari sauce
    1tsp honey
    grated peel and juice of one lime
    hot sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    grated garlic - 1 glove
    grated ginger 1tsp
    1/2 mango
    1/2 cucumber
    2-3 sliced radishes
    1/2 c. shelled edamae
    1/2 chopped red onion
    1/4 c mandarin oranges
    1 pound ahi tuna steaks - cubed

Directions

combine marmalade, soy sauce, honey, lime juce and peel, dash hot sauce and stir

add grated garlic and ginger, mango, cucumbers, onion, edamame, oranges

heat grill pan coat tuna steaks with salt and pepper and brush with oil

grill tuna on both sides 3-5 minutes

toss tuna with salad and serve!
