Taco Soup

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
    2 cans corn
    2 cans ranch style beans
    3 cans diced tomatos
    1 can rotel
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 pkg ranch seasoning( dressing)
    1 bag of frito's
    1 bag shredded mexican cheese

Directions

cook hamburger meat as normal

add all ingreadients together except frito's and cheese

and simmer until warm

pour over a bowl of frito's
then top with cheese

  • sounds good, BUT....looks like the NI might be off, in the ingredents window it shows only 16 oz of meat, 1 oz of fritos and 1/4 cup of cheese but the recipe calls for 1 & 1/2 lbs of meat, 1 bag of fritos and 1 bag of cheese....so best to check the NI for yourself with correct amounts of ingredents. - 6/9/09
