Ingredients

    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 large (remove)
    Eggplant, fresh, 1 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1-1/4 (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

peel the eggplant and the zucchini.
chop all the veg chunky. mash garlic add
Put everything in a big pan and cook everything for 20 min.
