Introduction

Ingredients

    Pizza Dough:

    1 Packet Quick Rise Yeast
    1/2 Cup Water
    1 1/2 cups flour (bread flour works best, you may need to adjust the amount of flour or water to get your dough to smooth and elastic
    consistency).
    Olive Oil to grease dough
    Salt 1 tsp

    Pizza Ingredients:

    1 lb. Raw Ground Chicken Brease (Browned and Drained)
    1 Broccoli (Chopped into small peices)
    8 oz Container Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
    1 Cup Part-Skim Monzrella Cheese
    8 Fresh basil leaves Chopped or Dried Italian Seasoning

Directions

Place the yeast in your mixer bowl, and add water.
Let the yeast bloom for five minutes.
Add the Flour, Salt and a dabble of oil.
Knead until smooth and elastic.

(Short cut, you can use a prepared dough, but it is actually easy to make pizza dough and your kids will think you are Super Mom with a Capital "S".

Oil a bowl and let the dough rest for 10 minutes or so. It's ok if it 10, it's ok if it's twenty, have fun and don't obsess.

Remove dough from bowl and press into a pizza pan or tray.

The filling:

Take the ricotta and spread it life frosing over the dough. Take care not to rip the dough.

Add the browned ground chicken, that you cooked with whatever seasoning you liked. I used Italian, but you might try chili flavored chicken and instead off brocolli you might want read beans. Substuitue, it's creative.

Next , Add your broccoli, any salt pepper, basil.

Top with the scatterd Mozzarella cheese. (A cup is pleanty, don't overdo it ! Less is more.

Cook at 500 degrees unil golden brown on the bottom, or to your desired doneness.
