Sweet Potato Pull-Apart Rolls

Introduction

This recipe is meant for a bread machine, but I'm sure it could be adapted for regular baking. This recipe is meant for a bread machine, but I'm sure it could be adapted for regular baking.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3/4 c mashed sweet potato
    1/2 c milk
    1 egg
    2 tbsp butter
    2.5 c bread flour
    1/2 c wheat flour
    1/2 c toasted wheat germ
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    1.25 tsp yeast
    1 slightly beaten egg white
    1 tbsp water
    Toasted wheat germ

Directions

Makes 16 rolls.
Add first ten ingredients.
Select dough cycle.
When cycle is done punch down, then let rest for 10 min.
Divide dough into 16 balls.
Place on a round baking pan, cover, and let rise for 30 min.
Combine egg white and water, brush over rolls.
Sprinkle with additional heat germ.
Bake in 375 degree oven for about 18 min. or until lightly browned.
Cool in pan for 10 min., then move to wire racks.
