Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 5 medium
    Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup
    Flour, white, 1/3 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup

Directions

slice potatoes thinnly
spray 13X9 pan with cooking spray
layer potatoes
top with flour
top with sugar
pour milk over top
bake covered at 400 for 60 minutes
uncover, place on bottom rack of oven
broil on high till browned
