Fried Tuna Patties

Introduction

Made similar to Salmon patties, but I only had white albacore in the pantry! Made similar to Salmon patties, but I only had white albacore in the pantry!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can white albacore tuna
    1 egg
    8 club crackers
    Watkins garlic and onion pepper
    pinch of salt
    garlic and herb seasoning

Directions

Beat egg in small bowl and add spices and tuna. Crumble tuna up and mix into egg. Add crumbled club crackers. Form into two patties.

Add oil to skillet and cook over medium heat approx. 4 min on each side or until brown.
