Best Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

    # *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 20 oz (remove)
    # *Lemon Juice, .33 cup (remove)
    # *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    # *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    # Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    # Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    # Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remov

Directions

1. Remove protective ice glaze from frozen breasts by holding under lukewarm water about I minute. Place chicken in shallow dish in single layer. Wash hands.

2. Combine lemon juice, oil, red pepper (optional), mustard, garlic, salt and pepper, reserve ¼ cup. Pour remaining marinade over chicken. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

3. Preheat grill to med or preheat broiler pan. Baste with reserved marinade. Grill (or broil 4 inches from heat source) 5 minutes. Baste chicken; grill 3 minutes or until golden. Turn chicken; baste, grill 6 – 8 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on thermometer reaches 170F Refrigerate leftovers.

Conventional oven 375 F

Bake frozen breasts 40 to 50 minutes or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on thermometer reaches 170F Refrigerate leftovers.
