Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 can Campbells Cheese Soup
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1 egg
    1 Cup Shredded Cheese
    3 Oz Mahi Mahi Fish (or any mild fish) chopped
    2 Polish Sausage Links chopped
    8 oz Pasta, your choice use a thick noodle
    Blackening season to taste

Directions

Mix Milk, Soup, egg, and seasoning in bowl.

Line baking pan sprayed with cheddar cheese
Add chopped sausage and fish (very small pieces)

Add cooked 8 oz pasta

Pour the soup, egg, milk and seasoing mix over the fish and pasta evenly. You can also mix it in bowl and add it all at once to the baking pan.

Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
