1 cup almonds, ground
2 cups water
Soak almonds in water in the refrigerator for a day.
Blend and strain the liquid.
Bring water to a boil.
Combine ground almonds and boiling water.
Steep for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend mixture in blender until smooth OR
Strain the mixture to remove coarse grains.
Makes - 2 cups almond milk.
