Healthy Cookies w/ Dried Fruit, Adapted from Francie's Recipe

Submitted by: MKNGTHSDYCNT

Introduction

Uses whole oat flour and seven-grain cereal to increase fiber, applesauce to decrease fat content. Needs to improve texture--possibly by increasing oat/seven-grain cereals and decreasing flour content. Original recipe called for 1/2 C prune puree, which could improve texture as well.
