Ingredients

    * Carrots, raw, 2 strip, large (3" long)
    * Zucchini, baby, 1 large
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 8 medium
    * Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (
    * *Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * sesame Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Heat oil with garlic chopped up. add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes, add carrots, cook for 3 minutes. then add rest of veggies, oyster sauce, seasoning, sesame oil and stir fry until all dente'

I added thai seasoning as well to the recipe
