Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Honey, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Sherry, dry, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag. Refrigerate overnight or freeze for a later day.
At cooking time drain chicken, reserving marinade for basting.
Grill or broil chicken, basting early on.
