Spaghetti Sauce w/Veggies & Beans (1/2 cup serving size)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 cup Green Bell Peppers (chopped)
    1 cup Onions (chopped)
    1 large can (29oz) Tomato Sauce (we used the store brand)
    1 can (15.5 oz.) Kidney beans (we used the store brand)
    2 Cups Tomatoes (we cut into big chunks)
    6 tsp Sugar
    6 tsp Garlic (we used the refrigerated jar type)

Directions

Saute 1/2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
1 cup Green Bell Peppers (chopped)
1 cup Onions (chopped) In a frying pan, (we normally start a separate pot of water for the spaghetti too at the same time) Also take another pot and start to warm the 1 large can (29oz) Tomato Sauce, Kidney beans, and 2 Cups Cut Tomatoes. Add the Sauteed Vegetables to the Sauce Pot and add the 6 tsp Sugar and 6 tsp Garlic.

Makes 18 one half cup serving sizes.
