Introduction

Fresh Tomatoes, Onion, Lime and Jalapeno just like our favorite Mexican resort's salsa! Fresh Tomatoes, Onion, Lime and Jalapeno just like our favorite Mexican resort's salsa!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Roma Tomatoes, de-seeded and finely diced
    1/4 White Onion, finely diced
    3/4 to 1 Whole Jalapeno, de-veined, de-seeded and finely diced
    Juice of one lime, to taste
    Pinch of salt, to taste

Directions

Finely dice the tomato, onion and jalapeno and combine in a bowl. Squeeze one half of the lime over the mixture and taste, adding more lime juice if needed. Season with salt, and serve!
