Rumbamel's Very Easy Stir Fry with Turkey Spam

Introduction

This is similar to my "fried" rice and we serve it with brown Success boil in the bag rice. It is easy, fast and delicious. 5 ingredients and rice. This is similar to my "fried" rice and we serve it with brown Success boil in the bag rice. It is easy, fast and delicious. 5 ingredients and rice.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    -2 cans Turkey spam (12 oz each)
    -1 1/2 c chopped onions
    -1 bag, 16 oz, Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw (has broccoli, carrots and red cabbage)
    -2 t minced garlic
    -1 1/2 T low sodium soy sauce like Kikkoman

Directions

--Saute the onions and garlic in a large skillet until somewhat tender and then add the whole bag of slaw. Stir in soy sauce and meat and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until thoroughly heated and veggies are to desired tenderness. Serve with brown rice if desired. (not in nutritional values)
