Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

    1 box of Chicken flavor Rice Mix
    1 med/large chicken breast
    1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

Boil 1 medium/large chicken breast in 3 cups of water. After the chicken is done. Begin cooking the rice as directed, except use the water that you boiled the chicen in. At the last 5 minutes add the chicken cubed and the sour cream.
