Creamy Veggie Side Dish

Introduction

This has become one of my favorites! This has become one of my favorites!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 ZUCCHINI~CHOPPED
    1 CUP FROZEN CORN
    2 SCALLIONS~CHOPPED
    2 TBS PARSLEY~CHOPPED
    1/2 CUP FROZEN SHELLED EDAMAME
    2 TBS I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER LIGHT
    1/4 CUP WATER
    4 TBS PHILADELPHIA 1/3 LESS FAT CREAM CHEESE
    2 TBS GARLIC TERIYAKI SAUCE
    4 TBS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    GARLIC SALT TO TASTE
    PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

Throw everything except the scallions into a pot. cook for 5 minutes on med. heat, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook for about 10 more minutes or until chunks of zucchini areb tender (but not mushy). add scallions, stir and serve!
