* *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
* Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
* Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated
* Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1/8 cup
garlic powder and onion powder to taste.

Combine in large bowl with egg substitute, and smoke. Knead in turkey until mixed. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, knead again. Separate into 6 even balls, flatten into patties, and grill. Pepper and onion powder to taste. Serve on your choice of bread (I like alvarado flax) with onions, tomato, lettuce and dijon.
