Ingredients

* Tomato Paste, 0.1 cup (remove)
* Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.25 cup (remove)
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.15 cup (remove)
* Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
* Salt, 1 dash (remove)
* Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Use canned or pre-cooked chickpeas. Empty out can into pot or dish, depending on whether you want to serve dip warm. Add in tomato paste/salsa and sour cream or creme fraiche. Blend using blender or stick blender.
Serve with chips or veggies.
