Summer Pork Kabobs

Introduction

These are excellent to assimble and throw on the grill for a tasty summer meal. Best thing is 2 Kabobs can be a whole meal with meat and veggies! These are excellent to assimble and throw on the grill for a tasty summer meal. Best thing is 2 Kabobs can be a whole meal with meat and veggies!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 lb. pork shoulder ,cut into 1 in. cubes
    1/2c extra vigin olive oil
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
    Pam cooking Spray
    1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 in. pieces
    2 med. zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 1 in. slices
    1/2 medium onion, cut into 1 in pieces7 oz. approx. 15 whole white button mushrooms
    approx. 10 cherry tomatoes

Directions

In a med. freezer bag mix together the oil,vinegar,garlic and steak seasoning. Add the meat to marinade for 30 minutes to an hour. Spray veggies with cooking spray to keep from sticking to grill.Assemble skewers by rotating meat and veggies. Place on grill and cook for approx. 5 minutes then turn over and continue grilling until done.
