Slow cooker sweet and sour pork

Introduction

I love chinese anything and had a hankering for sweet and sour pork so I thought of the lazy healthy way to do it. I love chinese anything and had a hankering for sweet and sour pork so I thought of the lazy healthy way to do it.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Pork loin chops
    vinegar
    flour
    rice wine
    5 spice seasoning(chinese)
    soy sauce
    garlic powder(optional)
    salt free spice blend(optional)
    splenda

Directions

Makes 4-6 servings
Season pork with five spice and other seasonings
Mix vinegar, rice wine and soy sauce together
Mix flour and water to make paste, coat pork and mix in sauce.
Cook in slow cooker(crock pot) for 3-4 hours
If the sauce is runny then reheat on stove top for a couple minutes to thicken.
Serve over rice or vegetables.
